Before reviewing any offers, look carefully at the different supply and delivery charges on your most recent utility bill. The Standard Offer Service (SOS) rate is the electricity supply rate that your utility currently charges you. If you select another retail electricity supplier, the SOS rate will be replaced by the rate offered by the retail electricity supplier. The delivery-related charges will not change as a result of selecting another retail electricity supplier. Understand which charges you must continue to pay to your utility and which charges you will pay to the new retail electricity supplier if you decide to switch.
The links below will take you to your utility’s website, where you can learn more about your bill. If your utility is not listed, choice is not available in your area.
